• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and interaction patterns.

• Satellite & Weather Data: We obtain aerial imagery and historical weather/storm data to assess property conditions.
• Google OAuth: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as authorized by your Google account settings.
• Installer Partners: Information about project status and completion shared by our certified installer network.

• Match you with certified, licensed installers in your area

• Installer Partners: Your name, property address, project scope, and contact details are shared with the installer assigned to your project so they can perform the work.
• Insurance Carriers: Claim-related information when you authorize us to file or manage claims on your behalf.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting (Vercel), database services (Supabase), analytics, email, and payment processing, under contractual data protection obligations.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

If you provide your phone number, REENU may send you SMS messages including:

• One-time verification codes when you authenticate your account during onboarding or sign-in.

REENU does not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the messaging purposes described above. We share it with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio, Inc.) only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the verification codes you request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
